When and How to Use a Fire Extinguisher

  • Pull the pin to unlock the extinguisher.

  • Squeeze the handle to release the extinguishing agent.
  • Sweep from side to side until the fire is out.

Always ensure the fire is small and manageable before attempting to extinguish it. If the fire spreads rapidly, evacuate immediately and call 911.
